Burmese Style Mince

Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked rice
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 sausages or 4 chipolatas
- 4 oz minced beef
- 2 oz prawns
- 4 oz cooked peas
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dripping or oil for frying
Method
- Fry the minced beef and the sausages until brown.
- Remove from the pan and slice the sausages. Keep warm.
- Fry the rice and add the mushrooms, prawns, salt and pepper.
- Remove from the pan and mix with the minced beef and sausages.
- Arrange on a serving dish and keep warm.
- Fry the eggs and place them on top of the rice mixture for serving.
