Cheesy Hash Browns

Cheesy hash brown dish.
Ingredients
- - 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
- - 2 c. Swiss cheese
- - 1 pt. whipping cream
- - 1 stick margarine or butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
Method
Spray 9 x 13″ pan with non-stick oil spray. Spread hash browns in pan. Sprinkle cheese over hash browns. Pour whipping cream over. Pour melted margarine or butter over top. Salt and Pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour covered, Uncover and bake an additional ½ hour.
