Cheesy Potatoes
A great dish for any occasion!
This is something that I have picked up down the line, and it’s always a favorite!
You will need:
- 1/2 C Sour Cream (any kind of your desire)
- 1 Bag of Hash Browns (Southwestern Style)
- 1 Can, Cream of Potato (chicken, celery, broccoli, cream of your choice)
- 1 16oz Bag of Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- Let hash browns thaw (usually in the fridge over night).
Preheat oven for 350 degrees.
Mix the can of cream of potato, and sour cream together, next add shredded cheese (leave some left over for the top), and then mix in hash browns, until all hashbrowns are saturated in mixture.
Next lay hash browns in a casserole dish, and put in oven for 50 minutes, for last 10 minutes add remaining cheese to the top of the dish.
This is a dish that everyone will enjoy!
