Chilly Chicken Rice

Yumme rice ,for all age group people.

Ingredients

  • Chicken  breast 3
  • Cumin seeds  a table spoon
  • Boiled rice   1 bowl
  • Peppers  3 different colours( roughly chop
  • Corrinder leaves
  • Chilly sauce
  • Soya souce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mushrooms 4pieces (1INTO 4 CHOPPED)
  • 2 Onions(chopped into 1into 4)
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Oil to fry
  • 4 red chilly wholes

Method

CHOP the chicken into small pieces and fry in oil till cooked , take other pan and add5-6 table spoons of oil  add cumin seeds till produces cracking sound  add onions  ,chopped peppers,and mushrooms and chilly holes,swate till 70% done  then add ginger garlic paste , cook it  for 3 Min’s on low flame, add  fried chicken breast   then add 100ml water  add soya sauces ,tomato sauce and chilly sauce, mix the all . Add salt according to the taste, mix the  boiled rice and and cook it for 5 Min’s on low flame ,At last sprinkle black pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot  and give ur  family a surprise
