Corn curry ingredients and methods.
Corn has several health benefits and also a part of many recipes in different countries. Let us have a look at corn curry that can also be a good alternative when eaten alone without break or as a break fast or fast food.
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh corn beans paste obtained through grinder.
- 2-3 glass of milk.
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil.
- 2 tablespoon chilly powder.
- 3 tablespoon salt.
- 2 tomatoes as gravy.
Method:
- Put oil on the frying pan.
- Add paste of fresh corns to it and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato gravy to it and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add salt and chilly powder and mix it well.
- Now add milk to this mixture and cook as long as you find that milk is absorbed by the mixture.
Your corn curry is now ready to eat. This corn curry can be dry or add some more milk to have some gravy.

Very easy! I will definitely try this. I think I can add some vegetables in to it as well isnt it? else it will be just the gravy….but excellent recipe…

of course write easy (Shilpa) you can add some more vegetable to your liking but as milk is involved in cooking you have to check if use of vegetable and milk will not spoil the easy digestion.
