Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

This is easy as it comes for a party dip. Two steps and your done. However, you can dress up the presentation if you like. For example, cut a pineapple or coconut in half and scoop or cut out the fruit flesh… use the shell as a serving bowl.

Ingredients:

2 (8-ounce packages) of cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp of sugar
2 cups of Mascarpone
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract

Method:

1. Whip all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve on tray with your favorite fruits.
