Cucumber Sambal

A mild sambal with a piquant flavour.
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber(diced finely)
1 medium sied onion(sliced finely)
1 cup white vinegar
2 cloves of garlic(crushed)
11/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
Little oil for sprinkling
Method
- Grind suagr,salt,fennel seeds,garlic with vinegar.
- Remove the mixture and add in the onion and cucumber.
- Mix well and allow to rest for atleast 4-5 hours before serving.
