Greek Rice

This is wonderful and I make it almost every day.

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 1 onion
  • 1 / 2 l broth
  • 50 g black olives

Method

  1. First of all, chop the onion and put it in a pan with oil, letting it bake in the oven for 1 minute.
  2. Second, add the tomato paste and mix the rice with it. Dip in the boiling broth, turn to mix and let it cook covered for 14 minutes
  3. Third and finally get the rice from the oven, salt to taste, mix and add the chopped black olives. Plugged it and let it rest 2 minutes.

Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?
