Greek Rice
This is wonderful and I make it almost every day.
Ingredients
- Salt
- 50 g tomato puree
- 1 onion
- 1 / 2 l broth
- 50 g black olives
Method
- First of all, chop the onion and put it in a pan with oil, letting it bake in the oven for 1 minute.
- Second, add the tomato paste and mix the rice with it. Dip in the boiling broth, turn to mix and let it cook covered for 14 minutes
- Third and finally get the rice from the oven, salt to taste, mix and add the chopped black olives. Plugged it and let it rest 2 minutes.
Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?
