How to Make Nachos

Nachos with salsa.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla or Corn chips-16-20
  • cheese(grated)-3/4 cup.

Salsa

  • Tomatoes-2 large sized.
  • Onion-1 medium sized.
  • Garlic-2-3 cloves.
  • Capsicum-1 medium sized.
  • Peppercorns-5-6.
  • Dry  Oregano-1/4tsp.
  • Sweet chilly sauce-2tbsp.
  • Salt-to taste.

Method

  1. Wash, halve , De seed and chop tomatoes. Peel, wash and chop Onion.
  2. Peel, wash and crush garlic. Wash, halve, chop capsicum.
  3. Crush peppercorns.
  4. Combine these with the rest of the ingredients and let the salsa sauce stand at room temperature for an hour before use.
  5. Arrange corn chips on a baking tray, top it up with salsa sauce and grated cheese.
  6. Cook in the Grill(TOP) for two minutes.
  7. Serve immediately otherwise the tortillas will turn soggy.
