How to Make The Perfect French Fries
Make the perfect french fries in a fryer.
Start with peeling your potatos.
Cut them into slices of 1 by 1 cm, put them a few minutes in cold water and dry them in a towel.
Heat the oil up to 160°C and put a hand full fries in the fryer. (4-8 minutes depends on how much fries you fry)
Shake regular. When it’s done, let them sweat 30 minutes in some kitchen paper.
Now fry them again at 190°C for a few minutes more. untill they are gold.
Serve with a bit of salt and mayonnaise.
