Lemon Rice

Recipe for lemon rice. What do you think?

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Cumin
  • Black mustard
  • Parsley
  • Oil
  • Salt
    1. Method

    2. First, wash the rice and let soak 20 minutes. On the other side heat one tablespoon oil in a pan and shake the species.
    3. Second,  add the drained rice and remove about 3 minutes. Then add the water, double than the rice, cinnamon and a little salt.  Then we cover the pan and let simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, or until we see that the rice has absorbed all the liquid.
    4. Finally, sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and butter, leaving the fire for 2 minutes covering the pot.

    Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?

      I have never heard of or seen black mustard, where would one get that from.
