Lemon Rice

Recipe for lemon rice. What do you think?
Ingredients
2 lemons 2 tablespoons butter Cinnamon Cumin Black mustard Parsley Oil

Method
- First, wash the rice and let soak 20 minutes. On the other side heat one tablespoon oil in a pan and shake the species.
- Second, add the drained rice and remove about 3 minutes. Then add the water, double than the rice, cinnamon and a little salt. Then we cover the pan and let simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, or until we see that the rice has absorbed all the liquid.
- Finally, sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and butter, leaving the fire for 2 minutes covering the pot.
Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?

I have never heard of or seen black mustard, where would one get that from.
