Lucy’s Home-made Mint Sauce

Home-made mint sauce is the perfect accompaniment to any lamb roast. This recipe is easy and tastes great.
¼ cup freshly chopped Mint leaves
½ cup malt vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Boiling water
- Wash mint and cut finely
- Cover with boiling water
- Sprinkle over Brown Sugar
- Add vinegar
- Set aside to cool
