Milanese Rice
My recipe for Milanese rice. This is a special one. Have you seen it before?
Ingredients
½ cup of rice per person
1 cup of water per person
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
½ cup white wine
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Olive oil
Method
- First, peel the onion and cut it in small squares. In a pan, put oil with minced onion, peeled and chopped tomatoes and sauteed.
- Second, took the rice and remove it. Later, add a pinch of salt and white wine. Cover everything with water and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes
- Finally, spread the cheese over the rice, stirring gently and put on to cook about 10 minutes over low heat. Serve it hot.
Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?
