Potato curd Vadas

This recipe is very easy to prepare and good for health.

Ingredients:

Potatoes- 2 boiled, peeled and sliced
Curd- 1 cup
Pepper-1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Sugar –1/2tsp
Cashew nut paste-2tsp
Almonds- To garnish
Coriander leaves- to garnish
Tomato sauce- to spread over vadas

Method

•  Beat the curd in bowl until fluffy. Add sugar, salt, pepper, cashew nut paste and mix.

•  Dip potato slices one by one. Keep a side for 10 minutes. Then take out potato vadas one by one and put in a big plate.

•  Pour the remaining curd over it. Spread tomato sauce and garnish with coriander leaves. Sprinkle salt and pepper if necessary.
