Quick and easy to make the potato rolls…
POTATO ROLL
Ingredients:
- Refined oil or Olive oil
- Brown bread 8 slices
- Potatoes 4 (Boiled & grated)
- Carrot 1 (Grated)
- Onion 1 (Chopped)
- Fresh Coriander 3 Tbsp (Chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Green Chutney (Paste) (Coriander & Mint), optional or pickle masala
- Cheese (Grated)
- Milk 2 Cups
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except milk and keep aside. Cut the sides of the bread, dip in the milk and squeeze out the excess, milk.
- Put the mixture in each bread and make rolls.
- Take the oven tray and oil it. Place these rolls on the tray and bake for 15 -20 minutes at 220 degrees, in a pre-heated oven until crisp.
