Potato Wedges

Can’t eat fries too oily then try these wedges.

Ingredients

  • 8 Medium sized red potatoes
  • lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • Butter/oil

Method

Method: Boil  the potatoes once boiled, cut into half and once more so there are four wedges.  Marinate the potatoes in salt,pepper,paprika,lemon juice and a drizzle of oil for half an hour. Take a tablespoon of butter and in a fry pan melt this then add the potatoes let them cook on a medium heat. The idea is for the skin of the potatoes to become crispy and brown. Serve with ketchup.
