Riz Casimir Recipe

An easy to understand recipe for everyone. Riz Casimir includes veal cutlet, rice, bananas, pineapple, red pepper and white pepper.

Ingredients for recipe: Riz Casimir

•  200 g veal cutlet
•  1 Tsp. peanut oil
•  25 ml white wine
•  100 g red pepper
•  120 g fresh pineapple; in pieces
•  1 little banana
•  80 ml cream
•  200 ml curry sauce
•  1 Tsp. currants
•  150 g milk rice
•   Salt
•   White pepper

Preparation: Riz Casimir

Cut the cutlets in ca. 3 mm (1/8 inch) thick slices. Wash, seed and cut the white and red pepper in small slices. Cook the rice and keep it warm. Put the pepper in boiling water, boil up short and drain the peppers.Peel bananas and cut them in 1 cm (1/3 inch) thick slices. Boil up the curry sauce with cream and keep it warm. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper. Heating a pan with oil, roast the cutlets quickly, take the cutlets out of the pan and keep it warm. Put the white wine in the pan, add the pepper slices, pineapple pieces and banana slices. Slew it for a moment and then keep it warm. Boil up the curry sauce, add the fruit and vegetables mix and the cutlets.Stack the rice on the plates. Form a ring with a dipper into the rice. Add the sauce in the middle of the ring. Sprinkle the currants over the dish.
