3-Step Raspberry Vinaigrette

Please the picky people with this amazingly unique flavor sensation.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Raspberry Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
- 4 ½ oz Fresh Raspberries
- 3 oz Honey
- 25 oz Vegetable Oil
- 1 Whole Egg
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp White Pepper
Preparation
- Combine the egg, vinegar, mustard, raspberries, and honey
- Gradually stir in the oil in a steady stream
- Add seasoning to taste
Yield: 4 cups

Thanks. I use this on salads with raisens, nuts, chicken, spinach, and carrots. It’s soooo good!
