3-Step Sweet Tomato Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

Double your delight and use this as a dipping sauce for bread .

Ingredients

  • 2 pints Olive oil
  • 1 pint Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup dried basil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ½ cup sundried tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Put vinegar, basil, tomato, garlic cloves, and sugar in processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add Olive oil in a steady stream until incorporated.
  3. Adjust to taste-add salt if you like
