Apricot Sauce

Ingredients
- 1½ Cups of Apricot Preserves
- ½ Cup of Pure Water
- 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
- ¼ Teaspoon each of Ground Nutmeg and Ground Cinnamon
Method
- Add the apricot preserves and water into a large saucepan and while stirring constantly bring to a boil
- Then; while still stirring, reduce the heat and continue stirring and simmering your apricot/water mix for at least another 6 minutes
- Now remove your sauce mix from the heat and add in the lemon juice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Combine well.
Serving
The sauce may be served out or cold. Chicken, pork and most poultry meats all go down well with this the king of apricot sauces. It also goes down exceptionally well when served as an ice cream topping.
