It’s been one year since my wife discovered her mouth-watering recipe that became our extra source of income. An organic formula that is unique not only in taste but also of its healthy components.
Our Chili-Garlic Sauce as the name implies, is a combination of carefully selected red chili and garlic. Seasoned under the influence of edible oil and other organically grown herbs, brings eating to a whole new level.
Chili-Garlic Sauce is a “broad-spectrum” food partner since it will not only give you hot and spicy taste but also provides you opportunity to avoid the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Because of a chemical compound ajoene, available from Allium Sativum or Garlic, our recipe is also considered to posses the following properties such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, antifungal and antithrombotic.
Scientists have discovered that the ajoene compound in garlic helps in lowering blood cholesterol, and shows also effectiveness in inhibiting tumor cell growth by targeting the microtubule cytoskeleton of such cells.
This leads me to conclude that the joy of eating is even more when you have our Chili-Garlic Sauce on your table.
To perfectly suite your needs, we decided to have 2 varieties to choose from. The “huyang” variety or known as moderately hot- intended for children, and the “dilaab” variety made for adults.
Some uses Chili-Garlic Sauce as appetizer and pizza toppings, while others use it as sandwich spread instead of peanut butter and the likes.
