Chimichurri Marinade
Eating a meat roasted is an ingrained habit in Argentina. Here, I show you how to marinate the cuts with chimichurri, a sauce with a spicy and vinegary trend typical of southern lands.
Ingredients
- Oregano
- Fresh oregano
- 2 cloves garlic
- Ground pepper
- Sea salt
- 1 cup oil
- Vinegar 1 / 2 cup
Method
Incorporate oregano in a pot, the ground pepper and sea salt, with a half glass of vinegar.
Heat this preparation, but not too much, do not boil the vinegar. Stir continuously so that the flavors mix.
Add crushed garlic, the leaves of fresh oregano and olive oil. Place it in the fire again and warmed, not boil, just heat. Let rest. We put in a glass container. At the time of use, just sprinkle the meat with the juice.
