Cilantro Lime Sour Cream

published by squirrelacus on Nov 11, 2010

This is a very simple recipe and it’s uses are endless.

1 large container of sour cream of your choice

2 large limes

1 bunch of fresh cilantro

empty the sour cream into a large mixing bowl. Roll the limes on the counter top and then cut them in half and juice them into the mixing bowl. Now finely chop the cilantro and add that to the mixing bowl. Whisk all the ingredients together and place in a container and store for up to a week. This is a great topping on nachos or on a grilled chicken breast. You can also use this as a sauce for over top of frajits.
