Four Cheese Sauce
Aunt Kelly told me this one.
50 g blue cheese
50 g brie cheese
50 g goat cheese
50 g cottage cheese
125 g cream
First chop the cheese into small pieces.
Then put in a saucepan with the cream cheese and cook over low heat until they get rid, stirring to prevent sticking sauce.
If the sauce is too liquid add a little flour, stirring constantly.
Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?
