Grandma Anna’s Bass in Spicy Sauce

If you like your food tasty and spicy you should try this recipe.

Ingredients:

a bass of about 800 gr .-

1 carrot -

1 stalk celery -

1 onion -

1 slice of lemon -

some thyme and marjoram

1 sprig of parsley -. 

For the sauce: 1 small glass of cream -

1 cup Worcestershire sauce -

a glass of spicy tomato sauce-

salt

Preparation:

With the vegetables and
the thyme and marjoram prepare a broth filled half with water, leaving it to boil for half an hour. When ready
off and let cool. Put the fish in the broth and cook it for another 20 minutes. Drain it and
serve it on a plate decorated with lemon slices and leaves of
parsley. Meanwhile prepare the sauce by mixing together the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and cream. Pour in a gravy holder and serve
