Two Great hot dog topping for your grilled dogs.
Toppings!!
ONION Topping: Ingredients
- sliced onions
- bacon chopped
- tomato paste
- salt
- red crushed pepper
Method
Saute onions and bacon, add tomato paste red crushed pepper and salt to taste. Cover until onions are soft. Add to your dog hot.
Sauerkraut Topping: Ingredients
- sauerkraut
- salt
- diced spicy Italian sausage
Method
Saute fine diced spicy Italian sausage until fully cooked. Add sauerkraut and salt to taste. Cook for an additional 10 minutes covered at med heat. Add you your grilled dog.
