How to Make Mayonnaise at Home

Try this recipe at home and use it for salad and spread.

Ingredients

  • Egg – l large or 2 egg yolks
  • Mustard – 2 tbl. Sp
  • Vinegar or lemon juice – 3 tbl.sp
  •  Oil – 250 cc
  • Salt and pepper

 Method

Use the ingredients at room temperature. Place egg or egg yolk, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in the bowl. Pour the oil into the bowl and blend it well till a smooth paste is formed.
