How to Prepare Royal Icing and Butter Cream Icing

A basic Recipe for Royal Icing and Cream Icing.

Ingredients:  Royal Icing (sharkspace review)

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 lb confectioner sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Method: Royal Icing

  1. Mix the ingredients.
  2. Beat it for 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Cover the icing and damp it with clothes at all time.

Ingredients: Butter Cream Icing

  • 1/2 cup of vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 cup of butter a margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
  • 1/4 evaporated milk

Method: Butter Cream Icing

  1. Mix the ingredients.
  2. Beat the mixture for 5 minutes in a high speed.
