Mango Sauce

How to Prepare Mango Sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 large mangoes

- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon hing
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Oil
- 3 teaspoons salt
Method
- In a skillet with a drop of oil we cast the mustard seeds. We hope to exploit and then down the fire, adding the chili, the hing, turmeric and salt. We remove about 3 minutes and remove from heat, allowing it to cool.
- Then peel the mangoes and cut into pieces. Add the prepared prior to the mango pieces and mix well. We left about 4 or 5 days to take the mango flavor.
- When it’s time to serve we pass it in the blender and add a little distilled vinegar.
