Mango Sauce

How to Prepare Mango Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 large mangoes

  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon hing
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Oil
  • 3 teaspoons salt

Method

  1. In a skillet with a drop of oil we cast the mustard seeds. We hope to exploit and then down the fire, adding the chili, the hing, turmeric and salt. We remove about 3 minutes and remove from heat, allowing it to cool.
  2. Then peel the mangoes and cut into pieces. Add the prepared prior to the mango pieces and mix well. We left about 4 or 5 days to take the mango flavor.
  3. When it’s time to serve we pass it in the blender and add a little distilled vinegar.
