Mile High Icing

Perfect icing for any cake. This is a quick fluffy icing that requires no cooking.
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup white Karo
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Method
- Combine egg whites with Karo and beat until mixture could stand in peaks
- Add flavorings: vanilla and almond exrtact
*If electric mixer is used, start at low speed, gradually work up to high speed then adding the flavorings

I love all reciepes when I have all the ingredients already in the kitchen. This is a good one.
