Mint Sauce
How to prepare mint sauce. All this recipes are from my mother and grandma. I love their recipes.
Ingredients

- 4 sprigs mint
- 1 / 4 red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Oil
Method
- Finely chop the mint sprigs and dissolve sugar in vinegar.
- Then add the chopped mint with a droplet of oil and leave to macerate for at least a hour.
- Next add a pinch of salt and pepper.
You can then serve it cold or hot. That’s your choice… be happy with it. :]
