Minty Dip

published by Tasneem on Sep 14, 2009

A simple yet delicious blend of mint and vinegar. Ideally served with with lamb or beef stakes.

Ingredients

  • a bunch of fresh mint
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 11/2 tspn sugar
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Remove the mint leaves and wash them with cold water.
  2. With very little water blend together all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
  3. Wait for a few hours before serving to release the flavour.

Enjoy!
