Minty Dip
A simple yet delicious blend of mint and vinegar. Ideally served with with lamb or beef stakes.
Ingredients
- a bunch of fresh mint
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 11/2 tspn sugar
- salt to taste
Method
- Remove the mint leaves and wash them with cold water.
- With very little water blend together all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- Wait for a few hours before serving to release the flavour.
