Orange Sauce

How to prepare orange sauce.

Ingredients

  • Orange juice
  • 1 / 2 crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt

Method

  1. In a mortar mash 1 / 2 clove of garlic and then we gradually combine it with olive oil, vinegar and chopped parsley.
  2. Once mixted we add the orange juice and let stand a few minutes. After it you’re ready to take a taste of it.
