Oriental Thai Chicken Pasta Salad

Asian fusion meets summer time flare in this spectacular feast for the senses.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of baby corn
- 1 lb of snow peas
- 1 sweet red onion chopped
- 1 ½ cups of Water chestnuts
- 8 scallions finely chopped
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 1 lb Spaghettini (thin Spaghetti) or Angel Hair
- 2 ½ lbs pulled roasted chicken (buy at grocery store, pull of piece of chicken by hand)
Dressing
- 8 garlic Cloves chopped
- 1 ½ cup honey
- 1 ½ cup sesame oil
- 3 cups soy sauce

This looks delicious! My wife and I are trying to eat much healthier and this is another great recipe to try.
