Oriental Thai Chicken Pasta Salad

Asian fusion meets summer time flare in this spectacular feast for the senses.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of baby corn
  • 1 lb of snow peas
  • 1 sweet red onion chopped
  • 1 ½ cups of Water chestnuts
  • 8 scallions finely chopped
  • 2 carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 lb Spaghettini (thin Spaghetti) or Angel Hair
  • 2 ½ lbs pulled roasted chicken (buy at grocery store, pull of piece of chicken by hand)

Dressing

  • 8 garlic Cloves chopped
  • 1 ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ cup sesame oil
  • 3 cups soy sauce
