Prepare Garlic Pickle in Just 10 Minutes

Have some guest in home and realize no pickle to serve? Know how to prepare garlic pickle in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  •  Garlic – 2 full pieces
  • Red chilly powder – 2 tablespoon or according to taste
  • Salt – Add to taste
  • Mustard – Small quantity
  • Oil (Gingely Oil recommended)

 Method

  • Smash the garlic in Mixie for just one round (don’t smash too much). Mix smashed  garlic with red chilly powder and salt. Have this separately in the vessel.
  • Heat the pan with oil (gingely oil recommended). When oil is heated then add mustard and wait till mustard splits. Then mix this in to the vessel where you have the garlic mix.
  • Close this vessel for 5 minutes and tasty Garlic pickle is ready to serve.
