Scallion Butter

One c. softened butter
1/3 c. minced scallions
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice.

Blend all ingredients  together; pipe, shape, or store as desired in refrigerator for 3-4 days or freezer for up to 3 weeks.  Makes 1 c.
