Sour Cream Roquefort Dressing

Try this great recipe at home.
Ingredients
- Sour cream – 250 cc
- Tobasco – 2 drops
- Wine vinegar – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Celery – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Crumbled Roquefort – 75 gm
- Mustard – ½ tsp
Method
Put all the ingredients except the cheese into the bowl and mix well. Add the cheese and continue the process until desired consistency is reached.
