The Month of Marinades: Ginger Peach

A simple and freshly flavored marinade for use on the grill, broiler, or sauteed.

Serves up to 4

Ingredients

1 Large Georgia Peach peeled and chopped

2 tbsp. ceder Vinegar

2 tsp grated ginger

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/8 tsp cayenne

Method

1) Using a Robocoupe or food processor, blend all of the ingredients together.

2) Toss chicken, pork, or ham and refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

    I tried it and loved it! My husband doesn’t normally eat chicken, but he had seconds on this, plus the kids ate with no complaints. Double Plus!!!!! Thanks again!
