The Ultimate Alfredo Sauce

This sauce is not from a jar, but from Mama’s kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romano cheese
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 pound pasta ( of your choise )

Method

In a large skillet, melt butter, cheese, and cream. When cheese is melted add egg yolk. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add pasta and toss until coated. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
