Unfortunately the search engine for the images isn't as good as one might wish. It took a lot of jumping through hoops just to get the image that accompanies the title. In any case, gravy isn't actually very photogenic :) The gravy in the illustrated sauceboat pretty much represents what a brown giblet gravy looks like. It's brown and contains pieces of the giblets.
