Yogurt Sauce

How to prepare yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups creamy yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • White basil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt

Method

First finely chop the garlic and a tablespoon of white basil, and add  it to the yogurt. We add a pinch of salt, some pepper, a tablespoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of oil.

Mix well and serve cold or at room temperature. Have a great day. (:
