Scalloped Corn

Here is a really nice side dish that will compliment any meal. It’s so easy to make. Preparation is a snap!

Ingredients

  • I can creamed corn
  • I can whole corn (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer until the mixture is set.
  • Serve piping hot!

    Nice! Simple but it sounds really good. I can also see adding a little tabasco for a kick …
