Cheesy Sausage Quiche

3/4 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 pie shell (BELOW)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup condensed milk
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375*. In medium skillet fry sausage until cooked. Remove sausage, drain on paper towel. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat. Saute onion and green pepper in reserved fat for 2 to 3 minutes. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage, green pepper, and onion. Spread in pie crust shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake on cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes or until browened and filling is set. Serves 6.
PIE SHELL: Heat oven to 450*. Mix 1 cup bisquick baking mix and 1/4 cup margarine, softened, in small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons boiling water; stir vigorously until very soft dough forms. Press doug firmly with floured hands in 9-inch pie plate. Flute edges if desired. Bake until light brown 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
