Crab Meat Mold

1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 cup mayonnaise (cut to 3/4)

1 envelope gelatin

1 cup cold water

1 can 7 1/2 ounces crab meat

1 cup finely chopped celery

Black olives, lemon juice and pimiento slices

In pan combine soup, cream cheese, and onion, heat until melted. In pan add water and sprinkle gelatin over until dissolved. Fold in crab meat to cheese mixture, add water and celery. Add lemon juice. Place in jello mold. Accent with black olives and pimentos. Place on crackers and bread slices.
