Florin’s Lemon Bars

Cake-like lemon bars.
Ingredients to mix together until crumbly
- 1 package lemon cake
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
Method
- Reserve 1 cup of mix.
- Pat the rest into an ungreased 9×13 pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350º
Ingredients to beat until smooth
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
Method
- Pour over baked crust.
- Sprinkle with reserved mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350º
