Goat Cheese & Roasted Garlic Dip

A yummy dip for a party.

2 heads garlic

7 oz. soft goat cheese

6 tbsp. light mayonnaise

2 tbsp. 2% reduced-fat milk

1/2 c. light sour cream

1/4 c. chopped chives

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

1.  Preheat oven to 400 deg. F.

2.  Cut off top 1/4 of ea. garlic head.  Wrap in foil & roast about 1 hr. or til soft.  Unwrap & cool 15 min.

3.  Squeeze garlic pulp into lg. bowl; mash.  Stir in goat cheese, mayonnaise, milk, sour cream, chives, salt & pepper.  Cover & refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week.  Serves 8.
