Holiday Food Part Two
Try this truly yummy cheesecake brownie. You will not be sad that you did.
21 ounce package brownie mix
1 8 ounce packaged cream cheese softened
2 Tablespoons margarine, softened
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350.F
Prepare brownie mix as per directions on box. Spread into a well greased 13 x 19 inch baking pan.
With mixer, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch in large bowl until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour cheesecake over brownie batter evenly.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cut into bars. Store covered in the refrigerator
