Try this truly yummy cheesecake brownie. You will not be sad that you did.

21 ounce package brownie mix

1 8 ounce packaged cream cheese softened

2 Tablespoons margarine, softened

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

1 14  ounce can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Prepare brownie mix as per directions on box. Spread into a well greased 13 x 19 inch baking pan.

With mixer, beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch in large bowl until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour cheesecake over brownie batter evenly.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cut into bars. Store covered in the refrigerator
