How to Cook Steamed Lapu-lapu (Red Grouper)
A Filipino Dish Using Fish.
1 pc of big Lapu-Lapu
1 pc of ginger (sliced)
2 pcs onion (sliced)
1 tbsp balck pepper (whole)
1 cup of calamansi extract (citrus fruit)
1 tbsp salt
1 cup lemon
1. Stuffed the fish with all the ingredients and Steam the fish it upto 45 minutes.
2. Put garnishings around it in a plate. ( mayonnaise, pickle relish, sliced green pepper, boiled eggs, sliced carrots, sliced cucumber, sliced tomatoes)
