INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :

175g/6 oz processed cream cheese spread , 5 tablespoons mayonnaise , 2 tablespoons creamed horseradish , 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion .

PROCEDURE :

Mix the ingredients together thoroughly and serve with potato crisps or thin cheese biscuits .Any flavored processed cheese may be used .
