How to Make Cream Pate Spread
This is a good snack.
Ingredients
- Savoury biscuits – 24 rounds
- Cream pate – 200 gm
- Cream – 50 cc
- Red port wine – 2 tbl. Sp
- Tobasco – few drops

Method
Make a puree of the cream pate, the cream and the port wine. Season with a few drops of Tobasco. Serve on savoury biscuits.
