How to Make Cream Pate Spread

This is a good snack.

Ingredients

  • Savoury biscuits – 24 rounds
  • Cream pate – 200 gm
  • Cream – 50 cc
  • Red port wine – 2 tbl. Sp
  • Tobasco – few drops

Method

Make a puree of the cream pate, the cream and the port wine. Season with a few drops of Tobasco. Serve on savoury biscuits.
